En un principio la esperada Silent Hill HD Collection fue anunciada en exclusiva para PlayStation 3, trayendo consigo un remake en clave HD de las entregas segunda y tercera de la terrorífica saga de Konami.

Hoy la compañía nipona, y como respuesta a las peticiones de los fans, han anunciado durante su conferencia de prensa de la GamesCom que el videojuego aparecerá al mismo tiempo en PlayStation 3 y Xbox 360. De momento no hay fecha de lanzamiento oficial, pero la intención de Konami es la de que ambas versiones estén en las tiendas entre septiembre y octubre.
